The brick and mortar studio has been closed since mid-March so I guess an update was overdue! Pinned post update includes info on online classes, online private sessions, yoga camps and more.

The RePose brick & mortar studio is now partially open (for one-on-one clients only). Most of my services have moved online. Here is what I am currently offering:
There is a library of FREE classes I filmed on Facebook Live in May. You can find them here:

Classes include: yoga strong, mobility, prenatal, pelvic health, pain care yoga, yoga for calm, restorative yoga, foot yoga and more.
I will be doing additional FREE Facebook Live classes. Watch this page for the schedule. All recordings will be found afterwards at the link above.
Private one-on-one yoga and yoga therapy sessions continue to be available through Zoom (or now in studio - your choice) at my regular rates. Contact me if you would like to book. This can also be arranged for a group of friends that all want the same kind of class at the same time.
NOTE: I am currently booked until late September and my rates are going up September 1. I'll honour the current rates for all sessions booked prior to September 1. Find out more here:
