Join Jahliele for a supportive series designed for every stage of pregnancy. Each 75-minute class includes:
💬 Community Connection - We begin with a welcome circle and guided discussion on key topics such as preparing for birth, navigating physical changes, emotional well-being, and postpartum planning. This is the space to ask questions, share experiences, and build meaningful connections.
️🧘♀️ Meditation + Yoga – A guided meditation leads into the yoga practice safe for the pregnant body. Our focus is on breath awareness, building strength and stability, relieving common discomforts, and fostering a connection with your baby.
🌙 Deep Rest – Each class ends with a nice, long, relaxation (savasana) to allow the body and mind the chance to rest and leave you feeling calm and grounded.
We’ll explore movement, breathwork, and topics to support you through pregnancy and into postpartum. 💛
