Mom and Baby outdoor Pilates class!!! Come join Eli and I at Parker Park on Tuesday July 11 at 10am for gentle 20-30 minute mom (or dad/ caregiver) and baby Pilates workout! Bring your water and a yoga mat, class will be by donation π We will work on shoulders, upper back, hips and that dreaded pelvic floor π
