When it comes to meditation, I feel like we’ve all been told it means “empty your mind”… "try and not think of anything"...
But honestly, it’s not that (Plus, how is that even possible?!)
Meditation is more about catching yourself drifting, and gently bringing yourself back. Again and again.
The practice of bringing yourself back.
Back from the overthinking. Back from the stress. Back to right here.
Why does that even matter? Bringing ourselves back?
