Athletic Performance Training Program
Give your athlete the tools to get stronger, faster, and more confident.
Coach Teanna has designed a 6-week structured program for busy athletes running before school so they can train without adding to their already packed evenings of practices, games, and outdoor activities. Plus, starting the day with movement helps set a positive tone by boosting energy, focus, and confidence for the day ahead.
