PSA!! ALL Saskatchewan residents > 17 years old!

**** ALL Saskatchewan residents over 17 years old should apply for the Saskatchewan Special Support program! (18 year olds become independent of their family for this program)

**everyone is eligible to apply (unless your medication is covered by a federal program (NIHB, RCMP))
**everyone will get set up with either a deductible or copayment or a combination of the two
**if you are a student you will likely qualify for coverage even if your medication expenses are minimal since your income is likely low
**you have to have filed taxes to be eligible for this program
**even if your deductible and copayment would be high, you should still apply now so that is your situation changes the coverage can be quickly adjusted instead of having to apply and wait 1-2 months for the coverage to be set up.
