Cyndi Gray Art Therapy is for those who seek an alternative method to treating trauma and troubling issues. Somatic Art Therapists work with materials to bring deeper insight, awareness and connectedness to the persons physiology. Making art, having fun and gaining awareness to the strength in each of us is necessary for mind-body healing.
