Just used our new Ashwagandha Ultra-Rich Restorative Cream and I’m officially in love!

The client is struggling with chronic sinus congestion and lymphatic stagnation in the head, face, and neck. We did the usual full body Lymphatic Treatment, but added more specific fascia work on the face, head, and neck. I used the opportunity to try the new product, and with the consistency and smell of the product the client was in an extra level of bliss. (And so was I 😁)

Long weekends aren’t always about rest… and honestly, I kind of love that.

For me, they’re the perfect time to reset differently—catch up on to-do lists, get my hands dirty in the garden, do a little canning and baking, and soak up time with some of my favourite people.

This weekend I celebrated love at a beautiful family wedding, spent hours in the garden (aka my happy place), tackled a few projects—including adding the new Coils & Curls line to our website—and wrapped up some of this year’s marketing plans… all while finding pockets of peace and joy.

Being a business owner means your brain never totally shuts off, but long weekends let the focus shift from the hustle to the heart.

No, I didn’t exactly “rest”—but my soul feels full, and the creative flow took over ✨

Back to it tomorrow—feeling Refreshed and ready for the week! 💆‍♀️🌿

🌿 Big Summer Changes at Refresh! 🌿

This season brings some exciting shifts within our Refresh family ✨

👋 Catherine will be leaving mid-August as she prepares to return to work and then head into maternity leave — huge congratulations, Cat! We’re so excited for you and will miss you dearly 💛

📅 Sheri will be taking the month of September off, and her August schedule is filling FAST. Be sure to book ahead to secure your facial or head spa session with her! While she’s away, Lindsay will be available for facials.

🏙️ Macy is off to the big city in September! If you’ve been eyeing one of her Head Spa sessions, now’s the time — she has just a few appointments left. Don’t worry, Sheri, Lindsay, and soon Janna will be continuing the Head Spa experience.

👶 Jess is heading off on maternity leave soon, and we’re looking for the perfect person to join our team in her place. Know someone who would be a great fit? Drop off resumes at the spa by the end of July!
