When you're hurt, what do you do? Just put and bandage on it and hope for the best, or take the time to clean the wound, and properly care for it so it doesn't get infected, and can heal properly?
So when we have emotional hurt, why do we just put on bandages or even just ignore it? We leave it to get infected, and cause more hurt, instead of treating the infection so it can actually heal.
Maybe we don't always know how to treat the infection, or maybe we need more help getting rid of it. If you have untreated hurt, and it's causing more hurt in the rest of your life, reach out. I'd love to help get rid of that infection.

With everything going on in the world right now, and things happening in our own lives, life can feel pretty overwhelming. We weren’t meant to have to process so much all at once.

It’s ok to need to take a break and take care of yourself. Get off social media, make some tea, read a book, do a puzzle, build some Lego, something that’s just for you.
