For the most part, I’ve kept my personal life and professional life separate on this page. But the reality is, I’m a human with human struggles and probably a lot more than I let on.

While the Washington Post article came for me on a professional level it also attacked my character, values and integrity as a person and so I wanted to come on live to chat about that candidly.

Navigating this page, my business and how I should present myself is something that I am constantly working on but I also think that you all deserve to know more about me. And perhaps on a personal level I want to break that fourth wall and give you more insight into myself authentically.

🚨 Most women don’t know this and it could save your life!

More than 1300 women are currently part of this lawsuit and that number is expected to rise to between 5,000-10,000!

Other studies also found an elevated risk associated with this birth control.

We need to stop failing women.

More research, awareness, validation of women’s concerns and informed consent needs to be done when it comes to contraceptions and women’s health in general.

Women deserve care in the health care system. Not politics, not censorship, not misrepresentation.

I’m fired up on this one, but it’s frustrating to witness women get left in the shadows.

I’ll continue to try to do my part! Which is why my Fundamentals of FAM Workshop Series is the lowest price ever so as many women can access it as possible.

Ever wondered why women keep bringing up old arguments? 🤔 It could be because of her menstrual cycle!

The hormones that fluctuate during a women’s cycle have a massive impact on their brains. 🧠

It impacts neurotransmitters, what regions of the brain are used and how they communicate, there have even been studies that show the actual size and volume of certain brain regions change throughout the cycle! 😲

In the luteal phase, when there is a potential pregnancy to protect, women’s brains make them more attuned to fear and emotional safety.

Which means that during the luteal phase a woman may be more likely to remember and bring up past experiences (like arguments or situations) that made her feel unsafe.

When a woman knows this she’s able to communicate better and when her male counterparts understand this it can build compassion, understanding, and care.

So send this to anyone you know that’s a woman or knows a woman! 🫶🏼

When a woman goes to the doctor to try and figure out why they have unbearable period pain, irregular cycles, pms symptoms, acne, mood swings - the list could go on - birth control is far too often the first and only solution they’re given.

But here’s the thing, birth control isn’t a cure, it’s a bandaid.

It stops your cycle so it suppresses the symptoms.

And the reality is, these symptoms are often a flag that your body is giving you, showing what it needs help with.

Then comes the slew of side effects, all the while not actually repairing what your body needs but adding more load to the burden.

Then when you go off of birth control those symptoms are likely to come back if not worse because you never actually dealt with the problem.

Sure, for some birth control might be the right answer for where they are and they should have access to it.

But for it to be the first line of defence is not health care, it’s lazy medicine.

Most women can actually heal from, if not manage many of these conditions naturally through focused nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Before prescribing birth control that doesn’t actually solve the problem, why not get to the root cause and try a natural approach first?
