I was in 8th grade when we went on a school field trip, to an exhibit at Nathan Philips Square, called Refugee Camp in the City. Ever since then, it's been a dream to participate in a humanitarian effort - and this spring, the dreams of that little girl are coming true.

This spring, I'll be participating in the Global Sumud Flotilla, both as a boat medic, and with the goal of working on the ground assisting Palestinian medical teams.

As I've been saying- we can't good vibes our way out of injustice, and I am beyond blessed to have a the opportunity to take action.

The support from my community so far has been amazing, and I am forever grateful to you all. I'll be posting updates here as I prepare for this mission, although at some point, I anticipate that I will have to pause online activity.

It's one of the reasons I'm so bad at social media- I don't want to live for the highlight reel. Real life has been busy shaping me, molding me, and expanding me in ways that I haven't expected.

This winter has been a time of deep reflection - one where all my beliefs have been subjected to challenge and scrutiny.

It's been almost a week, and I still haven't come down from this high. My only regret is not taking more pictures to capture all the memories.

was one of the beautiful humans that I had the honour to facilitate for (and the one who took home the giveaway basket). I'm so grateful for every person that allowed me to connect to their energy and their hearts, and breathe with them. I am wholeheartedly thankful to everyone who supported my business 💕💕💕💕

Oh my goodness, what a weekend!

My heart is literally overflowing with gratitude for the last 3 days with and 💗💗💗💗💓

Words can't even express how grateful I am for all the wonderful people there - from the organizers, musicians, attendees, vendors, volunteers and everyone in between. It was an honour to meet so many cool and awesome people.

I'd like to give a special thank you to and for the amazing work they put in to the Health and Wellness area- from organizing workshops, guiding breathwork, and all the behind the scenes work that goes into making an event great.

Hello Beautiful Humans,

On Friday 8/8, I and many of my colleagues in the coaching industry will be cancelling business as usual and participating in a Coaching Industry Global Strike & Day of Action for Gaza. This event in being organized by my coach and mentor .

If you're called, you do not have to be a coach, exclusively to participate. Teachers, guides and healers of all varieties are invited. If you're in the profession of personal development, and feel moved, please join us.

Together we will:
• Pray to our ancestors for strength and courage
• Listen to Jewish and Palestinian voices calling for liberation
• Call and write our respective government officials
• Donate to mutual aid, if able
• Participate in a writing ritual to voice what we're seeing and call others into devotional action
