She recently retired as Executive Vice-President at Scarborough Health Network, where she spent 18 years on the executive team leading innovation, patient-centred care, and system integration across a 6,000+ employee network.

Michele also held senior consulting roles at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
