Our stories live in our bodies like roots beneath the soil.
Some are light and flexible, others thick and tangled,
formed through what we’ve lived and what we needed to survive.
These roots don’t need to be torn out.
Many run too deep, too intertwined with who we are.
Instead, we can tend the soil, soften what’s hardened, loosen what’s gripping too tightly, and choose what we continue to nourish.
When we do, new roots begin to grow.
Roots of compassion, forgiveness, and trust.
The past doesn’t disappear,
but the landscape changes as we grow beyond it.
This is the work I do, creating space for you to gently tend what you carry, release what no longer serves you, and grow into greater ease, clarity, and connection.
So if you are tired of carrying the same stories in your body, moving through life feeling stuck or disconnected, I invite you to slow down, come back to yourself, and begin tending the soil in a new way.
