I Mariam Safla Seedat was fortunate enough to start my healing journey from a tender age of 21. A very powerful intention that took me on a roller coaster ride facing and overcoming the many ups and down of life. It was like a entering a deep bushy forest cutting tiresomely through that entire dense bush making a path for yourself. Not an easy task. But with determination, persistence, relentlessness & consistency the path becomes clear and as each veil is removed you come closer and closer to the light

The reality is, that no one but yourself is going to open this path for you. It's your journey and you alone have to walk it. In other words it’s taking responsibility for all the challenges in your life and making a decision that you want freedom from all the crap. I delved and became certified in many modalities to help me find my way out of my many challenges, such as The Journey - Brandon Bays, Reiki, Aafiyah Energy and emotional Healing, Louis Hay, Life skills For Kids and Parents, Nlp, Eft and LifeCoaching. These Modalities brought me nearer to my main intention; to find my purpose, find my Creator. The quest of finding him led me to find myself. I found myself uncovering layers & layers of ugliness, unworthiness, past traumas and hurts, anger, resentment, hatred, sadness and as I dived one by one into these emotions I uncovered the true diamond that we all are. These modalities and many others were my tools that made my path easier. The Denseness slowly got lighter. The first part to healing is learning to love yourself and a willingness to lforgive. These were one of my early tools learnt by the Life-Skills and Louis Hay Workshops. Just like an onion; layers and layers of past traumas, limiting beliefs, fears and low self-esteem issues were uncovered and dealt with. Bringing me to my very core of who I am and what's my purpose. When you reconnect with the truth of who you are, you soar! Seemingly impossible personal barriers simply dissolve, vibrant health and healing becomes available, abundant success in finance, career, creativity is manifested and you connect with greater understanding to your maker. A defining point in your life! I am now proud to be an online entrepreneur. This has been my breakthrough step for me in my life. It has opened a whole new world of skills, talents and powerful healing and mentoring. It opened the doorway for me to embrace all of me and share it to the world. This now enables me to not only to help you heal but also to "Be Your Coach" and guide you to take action and accountabitibility in Living on Truth and Purpose! For more about me or my service:

When we reconnect to what brings us joy, we begin to open the heart again — to love, gratitude, and celebration. 💞

The Lie That Keeps You Stuck

The Avoider Saboteur is sneaky.
It convinces you that if you hide, delay, or stay quiet, you’ll be safe.

But safety at the cost of your growth is not true safety — it’s self-sabotage.

👉 The Avoider tells you: “Don’t speak, don’t risk, don’t act.”
👉 The cost? Missed opportunities, shallow relationships, regret, and self-betrayal.

One of my clients realized her Avoider was stubbornly protecting her from speaking up — because deep down, she feared making a mistake or being judged. The Avoider kept her stuck.

🌹 Her breakthrough? Connecting to her heart, speaking with empathy, and realizing: “If I make a mistake, it’s not the end of the world. Mistakes are how I grow.”

This is the power of the Sage.
Not perfection, but presence.
Not avoiding, but acting with love.

Sometimes the loudest voice we hear isn’t our soul, but a saboteur.
One of the sneakiest ones is the Victim saboteur.

It whispers:
“You are a victim of this pain.”
“You can’t move forward until this is healed.”
“You need to hold onto this story — it defines you.”

But here’s the truth:
Our wounds are not here to bury us — they are sacred assignments.
Even the hardest roles others play in our lives are part of our soul’s journey. Sometimes, souls in our lives choose to play painful roles so that we can complete the assignment our soul signed up for.

When we see this, everything changes. We can step out of victimhood and into our true light.

The question to ask yourself is this:
“Am I stuck in the story of my Victim saboteur… or am I choosing to live as the light of my soul?”

Remember: you are never defined by your pain. You are defined by the Divine light within you.

I am in the zone of blissful celebration right now… because my masterclass on the 19th went so well — it was absolutely AMAZING! 🌟

Yes, I had the jitters—but I am so grateful for my amazing YOM buddies who held space for me. 💖 Asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it’s a sign of strength and humility. Thank you, Raakhee, Collette Jane, Julianne, and all of you incredible souls who prayed for its success. I appreciate you deeply.

Sharing my story was one of the most powerful experiences. For me, it meant sitting with vulnerability and opening up about sensitive chapters of my life. The more you tell your story, the more it becomes a natural healer—not only for you but for those listening.
There is so much information out there, but when you share your lived story, you inspire and teach in a way that truly sticks. 🌟

For the past 3 years, I’ve been studying the Hero’s Journey through Tony Robbins and many other amazing teachers. To finally put my own “Shero’s Journey” together was a celebration! 🎉

I shared my 10-year path—from the day my 5th child was born, which became the doorway to answering my true calling, all the way to where I am now. I began as a teacher of Islamic knowledge for children, helping them connect through prayer.

Today, I’ve stepped into my true strength as a teacher of soul knowledge.
I believe this deeply: To truly pray and connect to God, we must first learn to love God. And to love God, we must learn to fully embrace our own worth—the magnificent creation He made: YOU.

That’s the path of my Shero’s Journey, and it’s the same healing I now coach and facilitate—to help others return to the magnificence they already are. 🌹

💬 A Loving Message to Those Who Judge or Question What I Do

For anyone in my family or community who believes that what I do is wrong, or thinks that I’m going against my faith… I lovingly invite you to reflect on this:

👉 A woman came to me carrying years of rage towards her sister who left the family home. That pain turned into control, bitterness and emotional separation.
Through our work together she was able to find peace…
She forgave.
She released the need to control her mother’s love.
She reconnected with her sister in love and compassion.
Tell me…
Would Allah punish me for holding that space… or reward me?

👉 Another client lost her father, and at a very young age had to carry the full responsibility of his burial — completely unsupported by the men in her family.
She buried her own dreams and decided she needed to “be the man.”
It led to depression, anxiety and illness.
Through our sessions together she forgave herself and her uncles.
She opened her heart again, let go of the burden, and her life shifted.
Her mother is now safe with her family and she pursued her studies — fully funded at an amazing university.

Tell me, from a place of truth…

Does Allah want us drowning in mental and emotional suffering while still praying…
or praying from a place of true peace, happiness and contentment?

For me, this is Islam.
This is worship.
Helping God’s creation return to peace, heal their hearts, forgive, and live in alignment with their true soul — that is the greatest act of Ibādah (Worship)

And I will continue doing this work with love, integrity and deep connection to my Creator.
