And we're back! After a fantastic Christmas and New Year break the gym reopens fully on Monday 5th.
Lots of new things coming this year, the Not Dead Yet kettlebell strength course will finally launch along with more dedicated free weight strength sessions with Fran, and our Nicky starting her own coaching journey, but in the meantime we're adding a few extra hours to our weeks so we can take on new personal coaching clients.
We've been coaching for 20 years now, Fran with her background as an NHS womenās health nurse practitioner specialising in helping women navigate the menopause and beyond, myself focussing on old school traditional strength training with free weights for men 35+ who have either never trained for strength or have been out of the gym for sometime.
We train in our own private gym, no new years chaos for us, itās a calm, personal space dedicated to one to one coaching. Fully equipped with strength and conditioning, powerlifting and even strongman kit it has everything a public gym has - just without the hoards!
As always itās first come first served, there are only so many hours in a week and once weāre full weāre full. We've made the maximum number of coaching hours available but once theyāre gone thatās it.
However, we still work without contracts - people stay with us because they enjoy what we do and they get results, not because theyāre tied into a contract - and your first session and consultation is free of charge.
