We are a neighborhood wellness retreat center/spa/event space/kava bar near downtown Tampa.

We provide several wellness/spiritual modalities which include cold plunge, pyramid meditation, red light therapy, multiwave oscillator, yoga and breathwork

We promote a healthy, balanced and spiritual approach to life here. Ours is an alcohol-free environment. We have a kava bar which serves drinks like kava, teas, cacao, kratom and kombucha.
