🪷Grateful Heart Post 🪷

A huge thank you to Essence of Life for welcoming me to guide yesterday’s meditation session. 🌿 It was such a beautiful experience sharing space together, using the ocean drum to help release negative energy and let go of what no longer serves us — just as the autumn leaves gently fall away. 🍂

We also worked with Kyle Gray’s Keepers of the Light Oracle Cards, receiving some truly uplifting messages. 🙏

Thank you to everyone who came along and added your calm, open energy to the circle — it means so much. 💖

Our next and final meditation of the year will be on Monday 8 December at 6.15pm — I’d love to see you there to close the year with peace and gratitude. 🕊️

🐶💞 A Little Life Update… 💞🐶

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately — and for a very good reason! Three months ago, I had a lovely distraction in the form of two beautiful souls who came into our family life as fosters… and completely stole our hearts.🐾💫

What started as fostering quickly turned into something much more — and I’m so happy to say they’re now officially part of the family! 🏡💖

The last few months have been full of love, cuddles, chaos, and endless kisses. It’s also been a lot to handle at times — adjusting to new routines, learning each other’s quirks, and finding balance again. But through it all, these two have reminded me of something really important:

🌿 When life feels overwhelming, take a deep breath.
Live for the moment.
Change what you can — and gently accept what you can’t. 🌿

They’ve been my little teachers in patience, presence, and unconditional love. 💗

So yes, I’ve been a bit quieter here — but my heart (and my lap!) have been very, very full. 🥰

A huge thank you to Essence of Life for welcoming me yesterday to host a beautiful meditation session. It was such a special evening — we connected deeply through grounding practices, the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, and a magical journey to meet your dragon 🐉💫

We finished with some wonderful guidance from the Dragon Oracle Cards by Diana Cooper, which brought the perfect messages to close our session.

I’m so grateful for everyone who joined and shared their energy — it truly made the space come alive. 💖

It was such a blessing to open sacred space, calling in the gifts of the directions and their allies:
🌸 East – Daffodil, new beginnings and joyful vision
🔥 South – Blue, calm creativity and flow
🌊 West – Turtle, patience, grounding, and deep emotional wisdom
❄️ North – Amethyst, clarity, protection, and ancestral guidance
☀️ Sky – Eagle, carrying our prayers to Spirit with vision and freedom
🌍 Earth – Beaver, builder of dreams, grounding intentions into reality
❤️ Heart – Edelweiss, purity, courage, and love at the center of all

Everyone received a piece of citrine. Citrine is a stone of light, joy, and abundance. It amplifies our intentions and encourages us to release what no longer serves, making space for our heart’s true desires to manifest. May your citrine continue to radiate warmth and positivity as you carry your intentions forward.

✨ Deep gratitude to Essence of Life for hosting me and our beautiful group yesterday 🙏💖

It was such a joy to guide everyone through a meditation with the crystal singing bowls, opening our hearts to healing sound vibrations. 🌙✨ We then connected with the Goddess Spirit Oracle for guidance and wisdom, and journeyed inward to meet our own Goddess within. 🕊️🌸

Final workshop at Sun and Moon Festival today 🌞🌝✨

What a journey it’s been! During my recent meditations, the elephant has kept appearing — a gentle, powerful presence full of wisdom, strength, and calm. And today… there it was, in the room with me. 🐘💫

I’m so grateful for the space to guide these sessions — to help people slow down, connect inward, set heartfelt intentions, and truly feel love for themselves. These moments of stillness and shared energy are pure magic. 💖
