All set up and ready for Day 1 of Reiki Master/Teacher training — and I have the lovely Caroline from Carries Reflexology joining me on this beautiful journey 💛

There’s something truly special about holding space at this level. Stepping into the role of teacher while working with such beautiful, high-vibrational energy is an absolute honour. Reiki has a way of guiding us exactly where we need to be, and I feel so grateful to share this wisdom, experience, and connection.

Working with this beautiful, loving energy never stops amazing me — the way it flows, supports, heals, and gently empowers transformation. Today is about deepening that connection, strengthening intuition, and embracing the next level of growth.

What a truly lovely Sound Sanctuary this afternoon 💛

It was so special to share the space with some familiar faces and some beautiful new ones. The energy felt incredibly cosy today — warm, open, and full of kindness. There’s something magical about coming together like that, and I’m so grateful to each and every one of you who made it what it was.

Feeling so grateful this morning 💛

A heartfelt thank you to Essence of Life for holding such a beautiful space and allowing me to guide last night’s meditation session. It was truly special to share the Snake-to-Horse transition meditation, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the wisdom of the Ganesha oracle cards.

Thank you to everyone who came along and shared your energy, presence, and openness. Your willingness to reflect, release, and step forward made the evening powerful and deeply aligned. ✨

✨ Thank you to everyone who joined tonight’s Reiki Drum Journey.

The medicine that came through was beautifully balanced — courage, wisdom, intuition, clarity and deep heart healing. Pulling a Lord Ganesha oracle card afterwards confirmed that obstacles are clearing and new pathways are opening when we lead with love.

Grateful for each of you and the energy you brought to the circle 💚
