Lolomoon Reiki Hi! I'm Lauren, Usui Reiki Master practitioner who has been in practice since 2018.

Empathic and clairvoyant, I decided to pursue Reiki healing while undergoing a very arduous time in my life and received confirmation that it is my life's calling on my very first day of class. My goal is to provide healing to others by channeling the beautiful and loving energy of Reiki to help my clients improve their quality of life. It gives me great joy to see the effects of sharing this wonderful energy with others.

When I first started Reiki, I came across this word:
Seishin-ryoku. (Say it with me: say-sheen-ree-oh-koo. You nailed it!) This Japanese word basically means “mental/ emotional strength” or “spiritual power,” and couldn’t we all use a little more of that these days? Cuz everything lately has been big Yikes on friggin bikes! 😂

🪷 It seems like life just LOVES to test us sometimes right?
One day you’re vibing out, at peace with everything and the next, the universe is hurling retrograde energy your way, leaving you wondering if you have the strength to handle one more “I hope this finds you well” email. 😑

🪷 BUT- our Seishinryoku is like a shield that helps us rise above the chaos of life. How? By taking a moment to pause, breathe, and maybe stop doom-scrolling (yep, I’m calling you out- as well as myself!

🪷 Daily meditation practice is one of the best ways to do this. It’s kind of casting a protection spell for your mind and soul- at least for me lol. Every breath clears out the squatters in your mind, builds resilience, and connects you with your higher self. Then you’re like, “I can handle anything- let me hop on the bike cuz the yikes are gone!”

🪷Meditation helps us not to just survive life’s daily bullcrap, but thrive! You start to feel calmer and more focused, and find the strength to handle those annoying ass emails.

🪷There’s literally studies that show daily meditation can reduce anxiety and improve focus and mood. So, remember Seishinryoku and become like a Buddha.

🪷 You can start small- even if it’s only 2 minutes a day- stay consistent, and watch your life shift for the better. All it takes is one breath at a time.

“My heart is an altar” -I love those words by .

🪷 Our hearts are a sacred place where we learn to hold
space not just for ourselves but for others.

🪷 Each breath that we take and moment of stillness we appreciate deepens our connection to our inner light and transforms our hearts into a place of refuge and healing.

🪷 In meditation we receive and offer compassion, patience, gratitude, and love, and make our love extend beyond ourselves to every sentient being.

🪷Through this habituation, our hearts become a form of offering, a source of warmth and understanding for everyone.
May we all find the strength and compassion within ourselves to become altars of love for others, so that no being suffers anymore. 🙏🏾

Making meditation a daily practice AND a non-negotiable by making sure I schedule it into my routine makes everything easier. It’s kinda like giving my mind a reset button lol and making sure I take time out for myself. It’s one of the best forms of self care you can give yourself. Try it and watch how things change for you in the best way! 💖
