My dear Star 💫

I always don’t have my phone with me when I’m out on my land and so moments like these are not shared .

But here’s a glimpse of what happens some days in my sanctuary.

Moments with my wise matriarch ~ Star.

I felt her call me when I was inside the house and she showed me her hind leg, I knew she was uncomfortable, an abscess I felt brewing inside.

I made her some concoction of clove , lavender and other essential oils with coconut oil and told her I’m giving her a spa day.

That I will tend to her hoof and leg and love on her.

She totally let me in. For an hour I sang and held her and massaged her hoof leg and body.

This would not have been possible many years ago, coming from abuse.

After she has healed her past with me,
Her true colors and warrior Spirit has come out.

Leading and showing what it means to stand deeply firm in who you are what is true and what you believe unequivocally.

She taught what it meant to hold your head up high in adversity with your heart open .

She leads with a soft yet fierce heart.

She has guided many women in my retreats with her medicine.

She is a real unicorn in many ways

She has many faces. A fierce protector, healer, mother .

And today I feel so privileged to be with her in this way and share this with you.

Love does wonders to all of us. It begins when we release fear and return to our innocence .

My River 💧

Last night as I was going to bed, I felt the energy of my son who was asleep, holding me as I was about to drift to the dream world.

In that moment, I stayed with him in my heart. He was just in his room next door, fast asleep.

I laid there thinking of his deep love for me and life.

Wise beyond his years.

His compassionate nature. The way he listens to nature and allows the plants, flowers and animals to speak to him.

He keeps teaching me to be “here”. Present.
And deeply in love with life.

He brings enormous amount of joy and unquenchable zest for play and adventure, unafraid of anything.

God, what a gift it is to be your mom.

There is no greater job or joy than to love you and support you.

Amidst all the challenges we face,
To support your heart, mind and body in this world, is the most important Sacred thing i hold.

Grateful that I have you in my life.

Thank you. For choosing me. For giving me this chance to spiritually grow this way.

Today, I opened space for Sacred body temple, a membership portal with such a beautiful group of women, we were also joined by many galactic beings, lion councils and little people, many guides to support our multidimensional bodies , as we carry new creations and our divine light. We moved through many water systems within our bodies 💦 tending to all of them.

It was powerful. So much water 💧 medicine. And an anchoring of the body , a portal for newness.

As a scorpio rising with 3 planets in Scorpio, today felt really powerful for me to hold this Sacred space

We all received such love and such potent transmission, beyond words

As women who hold and
Care so much, we also need to feel held and to receive support.

Today was spent in ritual and prayer to the Earth and Star Mothers and many of my ancestors and in such deep gratitude for opportunity to experience Motherhood in all its many dimensions ✨

This shaman tree on my land 🌳

As I was headed to the creek in my land, I found this really special tree down, possibly struck from lightning, it was deep in the forest.

This tree has been a holder of many prayers and intentions from my clients who come for retreats. They somehow find her and gravitate and pay her a visit.

She’s shared many stories of these lands and the beings that visit her.

As I saw this “severance” of half of her body, she told me that all the prayers of release desired within and wept to her by Many women who have prayed prayed here are finally all leaving their very bodies.

She said as they and we keep rooting to our truth and authentic nature, we are also installing in a new avatar body, our newer more attuned Self.

We can access it all in stillness and openness as we allow these new energies to come through within our very vessels.

Let the light pour in. Breathe it all in, let your new crown sit in with your body.

All is well in nature. As you are nature ITSELF.

May you pause today to receive this and what nature is sharing to you.

Gather with us next Monday for rich tendings to our inner landscapes and our sacred body.

RISING IN DEVOTION TO MY EARTH BODY🌹~

There’s been so much happening in my personal life so I’ve been tending to my body in many different ways….

Here’s my morning elixir~

What most of you may not know: I started juicing 20 years ago, ( where it wasn’t a thing yet) in New York there was only one green juice place so I made my own 32 oz green juice every day at 530 am before my 7 mile run every day.

What you may not know too is that that same year, I did a juice fast for a whole year.

All I had was green juice. ( celery, kale, apple, lemon, ginger) and alkaline 💦.All year 🌱

It was 2005, also the same year I turned vegan🌱♥️.

What prompted this change?

I had a break-up with my then boyfriend of 2 years and needed a change~ so I came upon Natalia Rose’s raw food diet back in the days ~ and I went all IN.

Juiced all day. I also started colonics then. I was just 27.

It was incredible. I had such a spiritual awakening just with juicing and colonics ~ I would run a 40 mile week and swim a mile each day and still feel so energized .

I don’t do that anymore 😆

But that phase infused my body mind and soul with such rich texture of healing and overcoming and transition .

I still juice because I love it so much . I still do colonics . I still move my body, dance and go for walks and shorter runs.

My diet now is dependent on what my body needs. 🌱.

YOU are the bringer of light. 🪽

The wisdom that animates all creation.

The embodiment of the Great mother.

Yet, you feel the weight of fear and doubt holding you back, the remnants of past wounds that dim your light.

Despite the deep calling within, you question if you’re truly ready to step into your power and share your gifts with the world.

The isolation, the self-doubt, the disconnect.

Also a career you’re not happy about, busyness of being a mom, the feelings of repression that make you want to share more yet you feel stuck unsure how, and then the many things in life that take your attention.

Still you hear the voice in your heart, your soul desiring to break free from this construct, wanting more, wanting to really serve others in a big way, to be a healer in your own way.

But the longer you wait, the more the pain grows.

The shame of hiding your gifts becomes heavier.

The wounds of rejection and fear whisper that you’re not enough, pulling you further from the radiant, empowered healer you know you’re meant to be.

Take a moment to really go inward and listen.

You are not alone .

And that nudge, that call. Is real.
