I'm seriously considering dropping the entire Aqua Swivel Seat project. First I deal with a manufacturer that will not manufacturer the seat because he got caught trying to infringe on our patent then altered the agreement in his favor after we signed it.I'm just tired of all the dishonesty and greed. Donna and I have worked on this project for 11 years all to help people but unfortunately everyone else wants to screw us just to line their pockets. I'm very sorry to those that need this product but now cannot get it. It just goes to prove kindness will get you nowhere.

We are currently waiting to here from the manufacturer regarding part of the agreement. I never imagined the manufacturer would take this long to settle this issue.
In the mean time I'll be working on a prototype for a product that will be very, very helpful when using the Aqua Swivel Seat.
The current manufacturer will have nothing to do with this product so manufacturing should go very smoothly.
Again I'm so sorry this is taking so long but I'm sure manufacturing will begin soon. I will continue to update this page.

We got our Trademark from the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as soon as I finish the design I'll post it..
When the Aqua Swivel Seat is sold Rehabmart will carry the hot tub, bathtub and shower seat.
All sales will be sold through Rehabmart since they will be the exclusive seller.

This past Sept. Donna broke her knee and she needed surgery. Needless to say it was very painful, the only way she could take a shower was to use the Aqua Swivel Seat. The seat worked very well for her. We're getting closer to finalizing the issues. Donna and I appreciate your patience and we're sorry it's taking so long to get the Aqua Swivel Seat back on the market.

The first revision of the agreement went to the manufacturer and the CEO didn't even consider it so I changed it to make it more profitable for him. At this time we are waiting for a response, I'm taking the Christmas and New Year's holiday into consideration for the delay. Rehabmart is still going to be the exclusive seller.
I'm sorry it's taking so long, our attorneys and myself are doing everything we can to get the manufacturer to accept and start getting the Aqua Swivel Seat out.

We still haven't heard from the manufacturer regarding the signing of the agreement, I'm sorry this taking so long. I was hoping to get this resolved months ago so it would be ready for Christmas.

The revised agreement was sent to the manufacturer which is Butler Mobility in Camp Hill PA last week. As of 11-15-2023 we have not heard from Michael Carlini who is the CEO and is responsible for building and shipping the Aqua Swivel Seat. We hope to hear from him soon since there are a lot of people waiting for our product.
