On 10.11.25 conducted VHSND programme at Middle chotasamdong ICDS health education given regarding eat right,eat saglfe and eat healthy, food fortification, food adulteration, fssai .And also observed pneumonia day .

RBSK programme was conducted on 07.11.2025 at government primary school Mazuwa and Arubotey school By RBSK team Soreng PHC .IEC given to children regarding good touch bad touch, oral hygiene and hand hygiene and demonstrated step of hand washing.

Today on 06.11.25 we have conducted AYUSHMAN SHIVIR and Awareness Programme regarding PMJAY card ,ABHA ID ,Tuberculosis at GPU with the presence of D K S***a panchayat member ,I K chetrei DHEO from DH, Geyzing , Mr Namshek s***a from Soreng PHC ,GPU staff ,area ASHA and general public .

Today on 05.11.2025 CRM Team visited our
HWC .They had done assessment of our HWC and check for functional status of 12 package services and 14 diagnostic test kit .And interact with JAS meber ,AWW,ASHA ,NCD client and general public.

On30.10.2025 Kayakalp External assessment was conducted by Soreng PHC TEAM.
The assessors team comprised of Dr Sabina Gurung ,Dr Vivek Pradhan, Tashi Lhamu Sherpa (ANS),Meena Sharma (ANS)and Abhiral S***a (H.E).
Observation ,physical inspection and staff interview were done by assessors .
At the end, assessors shared their opinion like further improvement ans sustainability.
