Midweek Pause
Hey you lovely lot, it's time for our 'Midweek Pause'
The middle of the week can often feel like a stretch.
It's partway between what’s been and what’s still to come. Tonight, let this be your reminder to pause and return to your middle ground.
After the energy of last week's full moon and all that release, the body and mind might still be catching up. This is your invitation to soften into balance and to rest where you are, without needing to rush ahead.
In Reiki and Sound Healing, balance often begins in the spaces between. Between inhale and exhale, doing and being, giving and receiving. Let your midweek moment become one of those spaces.

“How can I bring more balance and steadiness into the rest of my week?”
And your wee affirmation:
“I find my calm in the spaces between.”
