FOMO, Fear Of Missing Out is something more and more people are experiencing. Do you feel like you have to do 100 things in one single weekend? Do you feel like you should be at that party that you saw on instagram? Does it trigger your insecurities?
The fear of missing out is sneaky—it whispers that you should be somewhere else, doing something more, filling up every blank space in your agenda to prove (to whom?) that you’re really living. But what if that’s not living at all?
What if real fulfillment isn’t found in doing everything but in choosing what truly matters? In giving yourself permission to say no to what drains you and yes to what actually fills you up?
