Keto Cheese Biscuits

These cheese biscuits use almond flour which is a popular low carb flour, so it's definitely keto-approved.

Enjoy these during snack time, or at any part of the day. It's so good you would want to have these always at hand!

🍽 Servings: 1

Ingredients:

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

3 Tbsp Almond Flour

1 Egg Yolk

pinch of Black Pepper
⠀ ⠀
Procedure:

1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.

2) Line a baking sheet with parchment and preheat the oven to 220C.

3) Place dough in between sheets of parchment and flatten with a rolling pin.

4) Cut into serving-sized pieces and prick holes on the surface with a fork.

5) Transfer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.

"I took one package and followed the instructions on the bag:⁠

1. In a small bowl combine warm water and yeast until yeast fully dissolves.⁠
2. Add olive oil to the liquid mixture⁠
3. In a new bowl empty the bread mix⁠
4. Add liquid mixture to bread mix and mix for two minutes at medium speed stopping once to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. Batter should be thick and contain no lumps.⁠
5. Transfer to well greased pan, cover⁠
6. Let it rise for two hours at room temperature.⁠

🍕Take balls of dough and Stack them in a circle shape and fill them with:⁠
🍕marinara sauce⁠
🍕mozzarella cheese⁠
🍕sliced pepperoni⁠
🍕season with salt, pepper and italian zest⁠

🍕Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 375° till cooked through and the cheese is melted.⁠
🍕drizzle over some olive oil and fresh grated Parmesan.
