A woman that shifts between softness and darkness cannot be controlled!

She isn't one identity, she is many.
Unapologetic, lover, rebel, mother, witch sister, the untamed, the intelligent...
And every version deserves to breathe; some light, some time to express, some space in the closet.

We were told for centuries that we have to choose.
But the truth?
We were always shapeshifters.

And in a way... That makes us immensely powerful.

This is the way of the PRIMAL women;
No masks,
No shrinking,
Just truth 🩷🔥

"I also brought this green dress.."
I say, pulling it out of my bag.
I had come to Norway only bringing two random outfits for our photoshoot, in hopes to match her wardrobe.

- "Oh wow, I have a similar one!" says Elin, and pulls out two dresses nearly identical to mine.
😂🥹

I love that since I came to Elins t@ntr@ festival last August we've just had these synchronicities; in life (history wise), emotionally, the passion we both bring and feel for our work, ideas we have and create, random opinions, humour, our missions and outfits all fit so well!

But also how our talents complement each other in a way that makes co-creation nearly effortless.
Together bringing the energies of maiden, mother, And crone.

When I was a child I wasn't so good with other girls, I found them conniving and backstabbing.
And perhaps they were,
But when I found harmony with my own femininity, those pure friendships found me too! 🌱

So for international women's day, I'd like to celebrate THIS:
The magic that can happen when women come together, in vulnerability. The connection that occurred when I was honest with her, and she with me. How pure a friendship between women can be - full of trust, clear communication, and a lot of tender feelings 🥹🩷
May many more women find this kind of friendship, and the TOOLS leading us to this openness.

And I'm so grateful to be creating my very first Women's festival with her, in her family's beautiful forest retreat space, in harmony with nature.

This is a BIG DEAL!!
Especially nowadays with "the gender wars", the splits and the anger, the frustrations and debates, two extremes of the same coin and others stuck between them just trying to be happy..

More than ever we as Women need to step into our full power.
Not to scare anyone, not to "fight back", not to be ANYTHING what you are "supposed to be";
But to be the full YOU, unapologetically, because YOU enjoy it.
Because You want to be happier.
Because You want to feel more pleasure,
follow your dreams,
have better friendships,
owning your talents, your loudness, your softness,
and how all that authenticity will inspire others to be and do the same.

My life is so SO much better since I found these practices, that I now want as many as possible to re-discover themselves as well.

I am nervous, excited, and so so thrilled.
My PRIMAL women's retreats is expanding and becoming a FESTIVAL!
Several facilitators, musician, market, dance, waterfall, art, ceremonies, chasing shadows and dressing up "just because".
Yelling, laughing, wheeping, celebrating!!
