We have two upcoming offerings of our Daring Greatly™ Shame Resilience Group.
This time with CEUs available to LMSW and LCSWs!
Daring Greatly™ is a psychoeducational intervention that is based on the shame and vulnerability research done by Brené Brown PhD, LMSW. It is geared to help participants build shame resilience skills and would be beneficial to anyone who is struggling with their sense of self worth, perfectionism, feelings of vulnerability and/or connections with others. It is a wonderful supplement for anyone who is already in ongoing psychotherapy.
Beginning February 28, 2024 the 8 week group will be held on Wednesdays from 12:30pm-2:30pm and is being offered ONLINE via zoom, making it COVID proof and easily accessible from the comfort of one's home/office.
It runs through April 24, 2024 (no group 4/3)
Sarah Perl, LCSW- R CDWF and her colleague Kathryn Pace, LMSW will be co facilitating.
EARLY BIRD registration is now open through January 26, 2024 with discounted pricing.
