Join us Saturday, August 2nd for “Rooted in Joy, Rising in Abundance” — a soulful Lammas retreat at The Chakra Healing Room.

This day will be full of movement, breathwork, creativity, ritual, and reflection to honor the season of first harvest and reconnect with your body and spirit.
