🌸 Life can be both beautiful, magical and heartbreaking all at different times. We all experience these at different times in our lives, but everyone will experience them. Through our hardest times it is hard to see the beauty or magic in life. I do really believe we have to always look for the beauty and the magic espically through the hardest times as that is what helps us through them.

Losing a loved one is extremely hard and heart breaking. Please know your loved ones who are in spirit have not left you, they watch over you, guide you, give you strength, show you signs they are around. They walk beside you through life.

Our loved ones would want us to smile, laugh, honour them in our lives, speak about them, look at photos of them, watch videos of them on the phone, remember the funny memories.

Please try let March be your chapter of progress where you laugh and smile more.
