We’re still feeling the magic from The Still Point. ✨

This past Saturday, we gathered for a beautiful afternoon of low-dose ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, poetic exploration, and group integration.

We’re so grateful to every attendee who showed up with courage, curiosity, and vulnerability—and to our co-facilitators, poet Amanda Dettmann, MFA, and Alessandra Licul, LMHC, for crafting a space of safety, insight, and emotional depth.

Thank you for reminding us that healing happens not only in solitude, but in community.

“Set and setting aren’t just theory—they’re the foundation.”

Heather Hamilton, LMHC, offers this week’s insight from the KAP room: Psychedelics amplify what’s already present. That’s why mood, mindset, and environment matter.

At Acheron, every element—from the music to the lighting to the relationship—is designed with intention to support deep, integrative healing.

We’re proud to practice psychiatry in a city that hosts the largest Pride parade in North America—and prouder still to serve a community as diverse, passionate, and resilient as NYC’s LGBTQIA+ population.

At Acheron, we believe mental health is inseparable from human rights, justice, and freedom. Pride isn’t just a celebration—it’s a call to remember how identity, belonging, and mental well-being go hand in hand.

We see you. We support you. And we’re here for your healing journey—wherever you are on it. 🌈

“Some truths live deeper than words. That’s where poetry—and psychedelics—begin.” ✨
At The Still Point, we start with a group low-dose ketamine journey to gently break through negative self-beliefs and emotional blocks. Then we integrate it all through group therapy and guided poetry workshops. Poetry becomes a bridge to healing—because when language fails, feeling leads.

✨ “When clients reflect on their experiences in a supportive therapeutic space, those insights begin to take root - and lead to real lifestyle shifts.” – Danielle Andreotta, LMFT

Danielle shares why integration is at the heart of healing in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. It’s not just the medicine—it’s the meaning we create from it and the choices we make after.
