Currently coming out of the withdraw phase. As spiritual conduits I feel a lot of us go through this constant cycle sometimes without realizing what is happening. Once we realize, recognize, accept, and experience our emotions we can than move through these cycles easier. We can do this by grounding ourselves and also letting yourself experience these emotions as they pass without letting ourselves be consumed or controlled by it. So your sad, angry, confused, and lost all withing the same day and that is ok. Allow yourself to be those things as you let it flow through you. You can also take the time to reflect on why you felt that way, do the inner work. Was it you feeling this, or was it the energy in the room you absorbed? This is all part of shadow work and understanding yourself as well as the journey you are on. 💖
