It’s Mental Health Awareness Month! We strongly believe that making time for you to destress and relax are essential to your mental health.
Here are ways to protect your mental health:
1. Maintain a routine for exercise & healthy eating
2. Take reasonable precautions against getting sick, but don’t go overboard
3. Find ways to “get going” and motivate yourself
4. Practice healthy sleep habits
5. Practice mindfulness and acceptance techniques (ex: yoga, massages)
6. Be kind to yourself and practice good self-care
7. Limit negative Inputs
