Self care is important. It's a necessity. We need to take care of ourselves and make sure our "cup" if full before we give to anyone else's. This may be hard for some people at first but after some time it will get easier. It's helpful to surround yourself with positive, loving people who support your journey.
After you have started to recover from an eating disorder, you will need to keep working hard to stay well.
