Hello 🥰 My name is Nakia Wilson and I'm so grateful to have you check out my journey with my small business: SolFlower Teas & Co. My inspiration began with connecting people to their inner self while using earth's resources. It took me years and im still learning how to connect to myself. It began when I started becoming aware of just how bad my physical and mental health was. Myself and others ha

ve suffered or watched suffering in losing ourselves to social stimulations and temporary gratifications. The end of 2021 was my final straw, I forced myself to start slowing down more. Once I did, it was then I realized it was time to start letting go of attachments to routes that dont serve me. It was time to show others this route too☀️
Eventually, I got tired of not giving myself the time and energy I so desperately needed, and I got tired of watching people do the same. It took some profound adventures and experiences to finally create SolFlower Teas & Company, but what a beautiful result this was. I found a way to a deeper connection to ourselves by feeding ourselves love, adventure, with many lessons ultimately leading to peace. Finding the one thing that makes us feel alive, using the one thing that keeps us alive. 🌍🌎🌏
My business began as a way to empower people to be at their peak. As a recently certified herbalist through Herbal Academy, I became knowledeable of the options this earth has to provide in order to help make you feel the most alive. SolFlower is composed of teas, flora bath salts, and scrubs with holistic wellness products and most importantly the community involved in making this happen. 🌈

I'm so grateful to be a part of this experience and to share these experiences.

I'm still glowing over October and how beautiful that month was and how incredible this month has started out as already.

I am putting forth more and making the efforts to get to where I want to be.

Sorry for dipping, I was filling my cup back up.

It's crazy when you realize you're typically the one that holds yourself back. Life does have an odd way of telling you when it's about time to step away.

I'm remembering who i am again. That everything I've faced, I've come out only that much more resilient.

Within that carries so much more power.

Here's to our new chapter.
