Toasted Coconut Wild Blueberry

Smoothie Bowl recipe:

1 tsp unsweetened coconut toasted

Drink plenty of water during the day to stay hydrated. You can also drink herbal teas.

During the challenge, light exercising is recommended but NOT necessary.

Repeat steps for 21 days to lose 20 lbs cleanse your body of toxins, get rid of bloating, improve your skin, increase energy and reset your taste buds to naturally desire healthy foods! 1 day per week you get a cheat day where you can eat whatever you want. Try not to go overboard though.

Foods That Make Fat Loss Easier By

How are you? Are you struggling with fat loss? If so, don't freak out! It's common and you are not alone.

Your boy Vatche (me) came thru clutch with 8 foods that make fat loss easier.

These foods are not magical. They will just help you stay in a calorie deficit because they are more filling than highly processed, hyper-palatable foods.

1 Lean meat. Meats that are lean are high in protein and low in calories. Chicken, lean beef, lean steak, lean fish, egg whites, etc. They will keep you full.

2 Powdered peanut butter. It's low in calories, high in protein, and tastes delicious in smoothies / shakes.

3 Greek yogurt. High in protein, low in calories, super versatile and customizable.

4 Oats. High in fiber, filling for breakfast or any time. Add in some protein powder and nut butter and you will be full for hours.

5 Egg whites. Egg whites are strictly protein, so you can eat a lot of it for a low amount of calories. You can add it to most meals or even shakes to bump up your protein.
6 Fruits/veggies. Fruits and veggies are low in calories and high in fiber. You can eat more of them and stay full.

7 Potatoes. Potatoes are one of the most filling foods in the world! Pair it with some protein / fats and you will be full for hours.

8 Your favorite food. Ice cream, pizza, chips, etc. It's important to include your favorite foods on your journey. It makes the process more enjoyable.

Follow us If you really enjoy fruit snacks, I see no issue with you finding a way to include them into your diet somewhere (in moderation, remember).
However, you have to check yourself here..
For some people, incorporating small treats can help keep them on track and stick to their diet, which is important because long-term adherence is crucial.
For others, once they open the door to something like a pack of fruit snacks, it can be a slippery slope from there....before you know it... that one pack turned into the entire box!

Before we talk about these tasty fruits... let's first get some 'housekeeping' out of the way.
Remember! No specific food will cause you to inherently lose fat. When it comes to fat loss, creating a calorie deficit is ALWAYS going to be key.
While there are many ways to create that deficit, increasing your fruit intake can be a great step in the right direction...
The fruits on this list are low-calorie, nutrient packed, and quite-filling options that make them ideal food choices when aiming to keep your overall calorie intake down.
Fruits like strawberries, blackberries, raspberries (and other berries), are always great choices, especially due to their versatility. They can be added to yogurt, shakes, smoothies, or just eaten by themselves.
When in season, watermelon and cantaloupe are also some of my favorite go-to fruit options due to their high water content & filling nature.
Now that I have your attention with the last (technically not a fruit) on the list, let's talk about the fruit snacks.
The idea I want you to wrap your mind around here is moderation.
If you really enjoy fruit snacks, I see no issue with you finding a way to include them into your diet somewhere (in moderation, remember).

When you're trying to lose fat, you are going to be a bit hungry at times.
The best way to combat this hunger is to be smart with both the quality and quantity of the foods you're eating.
Let's say your goal is 1800 calories a day.
If you eat 1800 calories of 'whatever', you might be able to do it for a little bit... but then you will be frustrated after a few days because you will be hungry and feel sluggish.
Try out these types of foods if you are struggling with weight loss. THE LAST ONE MIGHT SHOCK YOU! @

1 Foods high in protein. Foods like chicken, turkey, beef, fish, shrimp, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, are high in protein and will help keep you full.

2 Foods high in fiber. Fiber helps keep you full and is found in fruits and veggies. Incorporate more fiber into your diet.

3 Foods rich in water. Foods rich in water
include watermelon, pickles, and most veggies. Water helps keep you full and the calories of these foods will also be low, so you can eat more.

4 High satiety foods. Foods like boiled potatoes and oats will help keep you full for a longer period of time. These foods have been shown to be more filling than other carb sources.

5 High volume foods. Foods like salad, leafy greens, popcorn, carrots, etc. are low in calories so you can eat a lot more of them. They will take up more room in your stomach.

6 Foods you love. If you do not incorporate foods you love into your plan, you will eventually burn out and want to give up all together. Make sure to eat the foods you love!

⭐The body uses tryptophan (which is found in chicken, fish, turkey, grains, and legumes) to help make melatonin (regulates the sleep-wake cycle), and serotonin (involved in sleep regulation), which is why eating high-quality protein and nuts/seeds with dinner can help sleep quality.
⭐Note it is best to consume these tryptophan-containing foods with complex carbohydrates (sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice, quinoa, whole grain bread, etc.) for optimal results!
⭐Healthy fat (avocado, nuts and seeds, oil) - Should be incorporated into your meals leading up to bed-time as they slow the release of glucose into the bloodstream so you're not having blood glucose spikes that disrupt your sleep
⭐While magnesium is found in foods like dark leafy greens, grains, and legumes, many of us benefit by supplementing with magnesium glycinate or malate to aid in sleep, the feeling of calmness, and even muscle recovery.
