Why breathing regularity matters
We have created a treatment that focuses on improving overall blood flow within the body. By encouraging circulation to every muscle and to the brain, this treatment may help support physical performance, mental clarity, relaxation, and general well-being. It is designed to work gently with your body’s natural systems to help you feel healthier and more revitalised.
This means that consistently normal oxygen levels are important. It’s not just a single reading that matters, but the pattern. A one-time low number might not be serious, but repeated or ongoing low readings can signal a problem.
“Low blood oxygen level can mean that your blood isn’t oxygenating optimally.”
Your blood carries oxygen from your lungs to the rest of your body.
If your oxygen level is low, it means:
• Your lungs may not be bringing in enough oxygen
• Your blood may not be transporting oxygen effectively
• Your tissues and organs may not be getting the oxygen they need to function well
Low oxygen can cause symptoms like shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, confusion, or a fast heart rate.
“Continued low blood oxygen level indicates that there might be something disturbing your breathing.”
If the oxygen stays low over time, it often means something is interfering with normal breathing or lung function, such as:
• Respiratory infections (cold, flu, pneumonia)
• Asthma or COPD flare-ups
• Sleep apnea
• Heart problems
• High altitude
• Anemia
• Blood clots in the lungs (rare but serious)
Persistent low oxygen is a sign your body may not be getting enough air or using it effectively.
When to seek medical advice
You should get medical help promptly if you notice:
• Oxygen level consistently below 92%, or lower depending on your doctor’s guidance
• Difficulty breathing
• Blue lips or fingertips
• Confusion or severe fatigue
If you’d like, you can tell me your readings or any symptoms, and I can help you understand what they might mean (within safe limits).
