I spent 40+ years thinking something was wrong with me.

🤦🏻‍♀️Why did I always forget the sandwiches in the kids' schoolbags?
🤦🏻‍♀️Why did it take me forever to call the bank, the doctor, the teacher?
🤦🏻‍♀️Why couldn't I stick to a diet for more than three days?

I told myself I was lazy. Disorganized. Not disciplined enough.

Then I got diagnosed with ADHD.
Getting diagnosed can be a turning point. But there's still a gap between knowing you have ADHD and actually understanding what to do about it.

That's what my free training is for.
"It's Not You, It's ADHD"
📅 March 12th
🕐 5pm Israel / 11am Eastern
📍 Free. Live. Online.

I'm sharing what I wish someone had told me years ago — how to actually move forward after a diagnosis (or even without one), and how to build something that fits your ADHD brain and your Jewish life.

You don't need a diagnosis to benefit. If any of this sounds familiar, you belong here.

I'm hosting a free training on March 12th where I'll show you what actually works for ADHD brains — and why.

You'll walk away knowing:
✅ How to stop feeling flawed for struggling with things that seem easy for everyone else
✅ How to stop forgetting the habits you actually want to build
✅ How to stop giving up and start building something you can actually stick to

📅 March 12th
🕐 5pm Israel / 11am Eastern
📍 Online (Zoom link after registration)

This is the foundation. The thing that makes everything else finally make sense.

You know what helps.

The protein-rich breakfast. The consistent bedtime. All the clear bins and baskets.

You've read the articles. Saved the posts. Asked ChatGPT.

But instead you're still scrolling way past midnight, grabbing coffee and a granola bar, and you can't remember what goes in which bin!

Here's what most people get wrong: They think the problem is the system.

"If I just found the right strategy, framework, or perfectly color-coded routine then everything would be fine."

That's a lie.

You already know what to do.

The problem isn't the system. It's the implementation.

You expect to go from new behavior to ingrained habit immediately. And you've forgotten that ADHD makes it harder than average to stay the course after the initial inspiration wears off.

When you learn how to persevere despite the boredom, you'll build new habits that stick.

I teach a simple 3-step process that ditches perfectionism and gets you consistent results over time:

Embrace "falling short" as feedback, not failure
Break goals into bite-size chunks you can actually sustain
Adapt expectations to fit your real life, not an Instagram fantasy

If you know exactly what you need to do but you're still not doing it, it's time we talked.

You know what needs doing.

You feel the weight of it. You genuinely care about the outcome.

But somehow you're still frozen, scrolling, doing literally anything else.

And then the shame spiral starts: "What's wrong with me? Where's my self-discipline?"

But discipline isn't a character trait you're missing.

It's the operating system of the neurotypical brain. And you're trying to run Windows on a Mac.

Their brains see importance + consequences + future rewards and **convert** them straight into action.

Your ADHD brain has the same motivators, but different wiring.

You can't access action through "should." You need actual catalysts your brain recognizes as fuel:

**Novelty**
**Interest**
**Challenge**
**Engagement**

**It's** not about trying harder. It's about using the right fuel for your actual operating system.

Stop beating yourself up for needing different support. Your brain isn't broken - it just runs different software.

**Want the full breakdown?** My N.I.C.E. & Easy Guide walks you through exactly how to use these catalysts for the boring-but-necessary stuff. Link in bio

Thriving with ADHD isn't about getting better at being normal.

It's about getting organized *just enough* so you have energy left for the stuff that actually matters. Your creativity. Your passions. Your tafkid.

Organization is a tool. Not the goal. 🧠

What would you have space for if you weren't constantly scrambling?

Here's what most people don't know about ADHD:
it's not a deficit of attention. It's not even mostly about difficulty concentrating. That name is outdated.

ADHD is fundamentally about dopamine dysregulation—when your "feel like it" chemical levels are erratic.

That's where the dopamenu comes in. It's your curated collection of activities sorted by how much time and energy they require.

My clients now have more predictable energy. They know exactly what genuinely restores them. No more days lost to Netflix. Fewer hours disappearing into WhatsApp. More activities that actually refuel them.

Because when your dopamine has already tanked, you can't think your way out to good ideas. That's why having a go-to list changes everything.
👉 Grab your Dopamenu template from the link in my bio.

Let me know in the comments—what's on YOUR dopamenu?

For years, you thought you were just bad at adulting.

Messy house? Lazy.
Always late? Undisciplined.
Exhausted and overwhelmed? Not trying hard enough.

But here's what actually happened:
When your peers were absorbing organizational skills from watching their parents manage a household, plan their time, and balance rest with productivity—your ADHD brain was somewhere else entirely. Racing ahead or drifting away.

You didn't need more willpower. You needed someone to explicitly teach you:
• How to break tasks into steps your brain can follow
• How to estimate time when your brain has no internal clock
• How to build rest into your day instead of crashing after burnout

And then—this is the part most people miss—you needed ADHD-adapted ways to actually USE those skills. Because knowing what to do and being able to do it consistently with ADHD? Two very different things.

That's the gap I help women close.
