I spent 40+ years thinking something was wrong with me.
🤦🏻♀️Why did I always forget the sandwiches in the kids' schoolbags?
🤦🏻♀️Why did it take me forever to call the bank, the doctor, the teacher?
🤦🏻♀️Why couldn't I stick to a diet for more than three days?
I told myself I was lazy. Disorganized. Not disciplined enough.
Then I got diagnosed with ADHD.
Getting diagnosed can be a turning point. But there's still a gap between knowing you have ADHD and actually understanding what to do about it.
That's what my free training is for.
"It's Not You, It's ADHD"

I'm sharing what I wish someone had told me years ago — how to actually move forward after a diagnosis (or even without one), and how to build something that fits your ADHD brain and your Jewish life.
You don't need a diagnosis to benefit. If any of this sounds familiar, you belong here.
