Struggling to keep your space tidy?
It’s not because you’re lazy—it’s because boring, overwhelming or never-ending tasks are the worst for ADHD brains.

But your inner critic isn’t helping either:
🧟‍♀️ "You’re such a slob!"
🧟‍♀️ "What’s wrong with you?"
🧟‍♀️”It shouldn’t be this hard to clear up!”

This kind of thinking makes you feel BAD, and it’s NORMAL to want to avoid things that make you feel bad!

💭 What could make this more fun?
💭 How can I make it easier?

💭 How good will it feel when wake up tomorrow and it’s DONE?
