The first pic is from today. Immediately after a body work session with a legend practitioner. She is a 👑 working with all the people. There was definitely an energy exchange during this session.
This photo compared to the second, taken on Mother’s Day, shows what a month can do when you commit to energy work. The proof is in the pudding.

•I transitioned from a dancer to an Athletic Trainer…and am grateful to have a fulfilling career ✨
