Good morning! March is National Nutrition Month🍏🥬🥦
Here are some things you can do to bring some awareness:
1. Organize a “healthy recipe” contest among employees.
2. Organize a healthy potluck, including each of the food groups.
3. Host a “lunch and learn” session with a nutritionist on healthy eating.

Veggie nuggets for kids 🍖

Recipe below:
1 can chickpea
1 egg
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup broccoli
1/4 cup cauliflower rice
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Food process all ingredients

Shape into nuggets or patties and coat in panko or bread crumbs.

Spray with avocado oil and bake 375 until golden.

BANANA EGG PANCAKE🥞 for your little ones 👶🏻👦🏻👧🏻
Recipe below🥳

1. 1 whole banana
2. 1 egg
3. 3 tablespoons of organic baby oatmeal
4. Sprinkle of cinnamon
5. Heat up pan, spray with coconut oil and let it cook roughly around 3-4 mins each side.
You can easily add half of a fruit ( ex: mango, apple, blueberries, strawberries)

3/4 cup oatmeal in food processor
3/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1/4 cup apple sauce
3 ripe bananas
1.5 cups shredded carrot
1/2 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon hempseed
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Grease pan with coconut oil. Bake 350 until golden

I will ALWAYS say that no matter how healthy you are eating, your portions have to be appropriate. You can be a healthy eater all you want but if you’re eating too much it won’t work! .

Directions:
1) throw your sweet potatoes fries on a sheet pan
2) drizzle olive oil all the sweet potatoes
3) add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
