✨ 49 ✨ Normally I’d celebrate my birthday with a bold yoga pose and a little Instagram sparkle.
But this year? Less drama, more dharma 😌
I’ve stepped back from social media, slowed down, and started to enjoy the space between things.
Not trying to prove anything. Just being.
