Bend Yoga is a mix of Vinyasa flow and restorative yoga taught by yogi Beth Graves. Throughout her varied professional and personal experiences, Beth has expanded her knowledge of relationships and discovered the power of awareness to build them through yoga. Yoga has allowed her to focus and strengthen the mind, body and the understanding of life. She first started practicing Ashtanga yoga in 200

5 during her study of Chinese language in Beijing. Beth then moved on to practice and learn techniques used in Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga. "In 2012 my love for yoga grew when I practiced at Samadhi Yoga in Seattle and learned from the great teachers: Kathleen Hunt, Steve Ray Davis and KT Shores. I earned my 200 hour yoga alliance certification to teach with instruction from Vidya Jacqueline Heisel in 2014. I am excited to contribute and expand my skills as a teacher, apply my passion for health and nature, and share my personal growth experiences teaching yoga wherever I go. I wish to share the beauty of yoga through the practice - encouraging others to expand their physical and mental capacities while enriching their own awareness."
