Last year was exactly what we needed: good rides, big views, proper recovery, and a group that made the week feel easy.

Who knew a side plank could win you breakfast? 🥣

September’s Hardest30 challenge was all about stability and coordination: side plank with the Blazepods. With only 5cm between each pod, every rep demanded focus and control. No shortcuts were allowed (though we did catch a few of you trying both hands, heh? 😉).

Here’s how the leaderboard ended up:
1️⃣ Patrick T. – 56
2️⃣ Christian M. – 53
3️⃣ Victoria & Stewart – 49

Patrick will walk away with a bag of granola + 3 bars! 💪 Big congrats to everyone who jumped in and gave it their best!
