Today I did something new with my friend Teresa: drop painting. You literally pour the paint, watch it spread, and… that’s it. No control. No perfection. Just flow.

It reminded me that creativity (and life) isn’t about getting it “right.” It’s about letting go, letting it get messy, and enjoying the beauty that shows up when you stop trying to control every detail.

✨ Bonus: doing it with good-vibe humans makes the whole thing even richer.

Here’s your reminder:
• You don’t need to be perfect.
• You do need spaces where you can play, express, and feel supported.
