The Latarjet Procedure | The Latarjet procedure for chronic shoulder instability with bone loss. As I said in the previous video, a soft tissue technique such as the Bankart or labral repair is not always possible. If there is bone loss on the glenoid (the socket), we need to deal with this, too.

A bony augmentation is usually needed such as the Latarjet procedure. Watch the video and let me know any questions you have.
