Ardha Chandrasana is a happy pose for me... but I know that everyone doesn't feel that way about it.
It's easy for me to balance because I'm compact... my teacher once described me as bound 🤭
I see two common challenges with this pose, either stiffness brings cramp into the hips or if you are more flexible then it is hard to balance.
The way I am demonstrating the poses in this sequence is for you if you struggle with balance.
Follow this sequence and focus on sucking the hips into the socket and compacting the hips together to contain the pose.
If you are stiff and the hips cramp try doing Ardha Chandrasana with your hand on a chair and your back foot to the wall and move in and out of the pose rather than hold it for a long time.
