Dr Gallardo is Director General of Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá (FSFB), Colombia, and Vice President of the Colombian Hospital Association Board. His appointment as IHF president recognizes his career, vision and commitment to people-centred management, clinical excellence and sustainability, raising Colombia's hospital leadership to the international stage.

A big thank you to UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) World Cycling Centre for welcoming some of our Congress delegates and giving them the chance to explore the UCI’s coaching and training facilities.

The visit also highlighted how hospital leaders can drive positive change for both health and sustainability in their communities, by promoting cycling for their workforces. 🚴‍♂️

From a guided velodrome tour to a group ride on the indoor racing track, it was a great mix of networking, sport, and a unique look at Switzerland’s international sporting excellence.
