This week in Geneva, we were pleased to invite members of the IHF network to tour the SWISS Foundation for Innovation and Training in Surgery - SFITS to learn about surgical training and their research environment for professionals working in operating rooms.

At this annual meeting, the agenda focuses on current and future priorities for public health issues of global importance. 🌐

Today's YEL masterclass explored how leaders intentionally shape organizational culture through clarity of purpose, shared values, and consistent behaviours.
