The shift in the Swiss Insurance model has improved coverage for light and moderate cases but not for serious therapeutic cases. The level of additional admin, the uncertainty of continued coverage, the lack of coverage for quick therapeutic contact and regular crisis contacts and collaboration (with schools, other) to prevent hospitalization still makes working independently with these clients financially and logistically challenging. This is a large part of my/our practice… continued improvement of the system is needed! Well described here:
