Today we published our half-year results for 2025: Sales grew strongly, and Bachem has raised its guidance for the full year.

This success would not be possible without the trust that our customers place in us to work with them on complex active ingredients for medicines and the drive and dedication of more than 2,300 colleagues at – thank you to everyone for their passion to work daily together in delivering molecules that matter.

Under this motto, more than 30 leaders from across functions and locations came together at the end of June for an annual workshop. Key themes included collaboration across the company, prioritizing mission-critical topics, and Bachem's ongoing transformation.

As the world of peptides and oligonucleotides (TIDES) undergoes transformative change due to increased scale, greater customer demand and greater complexity, we are adapting the way we work to ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality TIDES to our customers and the patients they serve around the world. Last Friday 38 colleagues from Bachem took part in the B2Run in Basel. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
Under clear skies and in good spirits, the focus was on movement, shared experience, and connecting outside the usual work setting.

We’re proud of everyone who joined – and we’d like to highlight:
⭐René von der Stück, who completed the course in just under 23 minutes – the fastest in our team.
⭐Lisa Fuhrer, who led the women in Team Bachem with a time of around 27 minutes.

After the run, we came together at the Bachem booth for a relaxed apéro – a moment to reflect, reconnect, and celebrate the day. Thanks to all participants and supporters.

Events like these remind us how much energy and connection come from doing things together – across teams and roles.
