At this year’s B2Run, we set a new participation record – but more importantly, we showed what makes Team Bachem special. Not just in the office, but beyond it: running side by side, cheering each other on, and – maybe most importantly – having fun.
Events like these remind us that strong teams aren’t just built at work. They grow through shared experiences – and sometimes through simple moments that have nothing to do with meetings or inboxes.
That’s team spirit.
That’s wellbeing.
And that’s what we’ll remember most.
