Today, I’m excited to share a little behind-the-scenes of my baking journey — this is my grandmother’s classic recipe, tweaked to be gluten-free! 🥖🌟

Many of my clients come to see me feeling bloated, fatigued, or looking to boost their energy and achieve their health goals. One simple change can make a big difference: eating less gluten.

Why eat less gluten means more energy?
When you consume gluten, it takes longer to digest, which can leave you feeling heavy and tired. Cutting back can help you feel lighter, more energised, and support your weight management efforts!

It’s important to know there’s a difference between gluten sensitivity and celiac disease:
Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder requiring strict gluten avoidance.
Gluten sensitivity may cause bloating and fatigue but doesn’t involve the immune system like celiac.

Not all gluten-free products are created equal — some contain additional ingredients that might not be beneficial. That’s why I love baking my own, using simple, wholesome ingredients.

When my clients come to see me, we create personalised plans that suit their needs, and I share recipes with them during our sessions.
