Polynucleotides are one of my favorite tools in regenerative aesthetic medicine ✨🧬

They are biostimulators, made of DNA and RNA fragments, naturally derived from salmon or trout. Their role is not to add volume, but to support the skin from within.

What I love about polynucleotides is their dual action:
💫 they stimulate collagen production, improving elasticity and fine lines
💦 they help restore and maintain deep skin hydration

It’s a non-invasive treatment, with little to no downtime, and a very natural approach to skin aging prevention. No overfilled look, just healthier, stronger, better-quality skin over time.

Used wisely and in the right indications, polynucleotides are a beautiful way to support skin regeneration ✨

I’ve been asked a lot about Lindsay Lohan’s before & after — so let’s talk about it 👀✨

In my opinion, her transformation is mainly due to two key factors.
First, a major lifestyle change. Quitting smoking, reducing alcohol, investing in nutrition protocols, exercising regularly — this has a huge impact on skin regeneration. It helps stimulate fibroblasts, collagen and elastin production, and helps overall skin quality from the inside out.

That’s the foundation. And it’s often underestimated.

Then, of course, aesthetic medicine likely played a role.
Botox, lip treatments, skinboosters, possibly rhinoplasty and other subtle procedures — all carefully combined to support the face without overdoing it.

What really stands out here isn’t one single treatment, but the global improvement in skin quality.
And that’s always the goal: working on the skin, the structure, and the lifestyle together for natural, long-term results.

A reminder that the best outcomes come from a holistic and personalized approach ✨

Healthy skin after 40 doesn’t start with a syringe.
It starts with the basics.

This carousel is Part 1 — the foundation.
Before talking about aesthetic treatments, we need to talk about what happens inside the body.

After 40, skin health is deeply influenced by lifestyle:
sleep, hormones, nutrition, stress, muscle mass, inflammation.
If these pillars aren’t supported, no treatment alone can create long-lasting results.

I truly believe that beautiful skin is built from the inside first, and that aesthetic medicine works best when it comes after a strong internal balance — not before.

In Part 2, I’ll talk about medical and aesthetic solutions.
But this part is essential:
because healthy skin isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing the right things — consistently ✨

Your skin reflects how you live, not just what you apply.

The 5 most popular aesthetic treatments for 2026 ✨

Botulinum toxin is still leading the way, followed closely by regenerative treatments like polynucleotides, biostimulators, skin boosters and PRP.
Each of these treatments has its own role — prevention, regeneration, skin quality, or long-term support.

But the real key to natural and optimized results in 2026 isn’t choosing just one treatment.
It’s knowing how and when to combine them, based on your age, your skin quality and your personal goals 🤍

There is no universal protocol — only a personalized plan, built together with your aesthetic physician.

Longevity, for me, is not about chasing youth or perfection.
It’s about the way we choose to care for ourselves — every day, consistently, intentionally.

As a physician, I see longevity as a global approach: how we nourish the body, how we manage stress, how we support our cells, and how we think about prevention rather than correction.
Skin is not separate from this process — it reflects it.

Aesthetic medicine only makes sense when it aligns with a long-term vision of health, balance and respect for the body.
When beauty follows longevity, results are more subtle, more natural, and more sustainable.

Longevity is not a destination.
It’s a way of living 🤍

Aesthetic medicine isn’t about shortcuts or miracles, and that’s an important truth to understand. ✨

Every face is unique, every treatment should be personalised, and real results often take time.

In this carousel, I’m sharing some of the realities I discuss daily with my patients :

🧬 why there’s no one-size-fits-all solution
⏳ why patience is essential
🧴 why skincare remains the foundation
⚕️ and why safety and transparency always come first

My role as an aesthetic physician goes beyond treatments.

It’s about guiding, educating, and empowering you to make informed choices that truly serve your skin and your well-being. 🤍

Curious about aesthetic medicine? Ask questions, stay informed, and choose an approach that feels right for you. 💬

💙 Cicaplast B5 is one of those products I reach for again and again — both in the clinic and at home. ✨
It hydrates, repairs, soothes… and honestly, it just works.

After injections, I love using it to calm the skin instantly and protect the barrier.
At home, it keeps the skin deeply hydrated while everything settles and heals properly. 🤍

I also recommend it as a lip mask — especially when the lips feel dry or fragile — and it’s an amazing partner for retinol. The “sandwich method” (cream → retinol → cream) makes such a difference to avoid irritation and peeling.

A simple formula, a gentle texture, and a lot of benefits. A real essential in any routine. ✨
