THE SACRED SPACE RETREAT

Do you know a place that feels like home to you, even though it is not your home? A place where suddenly everything becomes light and clear, you feel free and grounded and that fills you with instant, fresh energy?

For years I've dreamed of doing a retreat in "my place" for you. And this year it will finally be possible. For a weekend I will take you with me, away from your daily life, to this magical place called .filisur . It is the place of my most precious childhood memories, where I know every nook and dream spot. Where the most beautiful Yogashala and spa are located in the middle of the forest with a stunning view into the majestic mountains.

This dreamy village and the unique, historic are located in the wild Albula Valley. Surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery and lots of charm, we will devote ourselves to lots of yoga, meditate under the stars, breathe fresh mountain air and let ourselves be pampered in the spa between yoga sessions. As always, we will recharge our batteries on strolls through nature and take its beauty all in.

Summer is finally back and I can’t wait to share a new rooftop to flow with you. Flowing outdoors is the best, and to make it even better, I invited a special guest for you. These unique and versatile fragrances have enriched my life for years and are integrated into my daily routine in various ways. June 21 is the longest day of the year, the so-called summer solstice, and the medicinal plants that grow everywhere are in full bloom - nourished by sunlight. It is the golden time of the medicinal plants and they are full of energy. We want to use this special timeframe for ourselves and our well-being.

🌻 Learn what to look for when gathering, and be gifted with recipes for making your own medicine from your found natural treasures.

💐Practice how to tie the smudge plants to pretty smudge bundles, which you can take home. We use the plants at the right time, when they are in their golden time and their full energy.

☀️ Experience how to use your smudge bundles in the darker times of fall and winter to benefit from the abundance & light of summer.

FRIENDSHIP GOALS 💜

This weekend I had the honor of hosting an exclusive retreat for a group of wonderful girlfriends in the heart of Switzerland. Their goal was to spend a weekend of quality time together, nourishing and deepening friendships while taking care of themselves and recharging their batteries.

It was such a touching and beautiful experience to create this sacred space specifically for these wonderful women - to guide them through a weekend of movement, stillness, fun, laughter, tears, sharing & listening, caring and appreciation for the wonderful connection they have.

Knowing that there are people in our lives who care deeply about us, who we can trust, who we can share and listen to from the heart, and who see, understand and love us is priceless.
Quality time and pure attention is one of the most precious gifts we can give and receive.

I want to thank from the bottom of my heart these sweet and fun girls who trusted me and came with open hearts to dive deep. I feel so honored and grateful to be a part of this intimate journey ❤️

SUMMER LOVE 💙🐠☀️
A day at the lake with OY

Spending the past two weeks surfing amazing waves in the spectacular waters of the Maledives made me so excited for the upcoming summer season again - Endless hours outdoors, time on the lake in the bikini, having fun in the sun.
